Instructions for Use:
Clean and sterilize your pump before every use.
Center the pump over your nipple and press against your breast. Gently squeeze the pump below the ring and slowly release until you feel suction.
Milk will begin to flow; continuing expressing until the flow starts to slow or the desired amount has been collected.
Remove the pump. Expressed milk can be store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and any excess milk can be frozen.
