This is a delightful antique vintage Art Deco French boudoir mannequin Clown Pierrot head, a stunning confection hand designed and painted on papier mache, ca. 1920.
He is so lovely.  He is in excellent condition and is 2 5/8 inches (67 MM) tall and he is 40mm wide.  He dates to c1920.
