Imperial Austria Hand Painted IMPERIAL PSL Empire Signed Large Plate Roses 13"

Description

This listing is for a large Imperial Austria Hand-painted Imperial PSL Empire plate or platter signed on front "Deligne".  It is 13" in diameter and decorated with hand painted roses and trimmed in gold, there is a hanger on back.  I do not detect any chips or cracks, but there is some wear to the gold rim and a few glaze defects, there is shelf ware on bottom, which is probably from being hung on wall.  Please see photos for full description and condition
