    Description

    Original 1930's/1940's WWII German paper shopping bags marked "Tüten wieder verwenden heißt material sparen!" Which basically means "using this bag again saves material!". This is a clear indicator of war time shortages. These are unused original bags. This would have been used to package various things, from food stuffs and deli items to spirits and tobacco.  A great item for any display, especially for home front. When flat, they measure a little over 9 3/4" tall and a little under 6 1/4" wide.
