This is a KNOWN BAD / PARTS & REPAIR item in GOOD cosmetic condition that IS NOT WORKING and is SOLD AS-IS / NOT GUARANTEED
This unit is missing the operating control panel and foot switch. The hand wheel does rotate and the blade attachment moves up and down. Stop button is loose and pushed into the unit. Please note, there is a screw missing and the top cover is slightly loose, therefore we decided to list it for parts/repair, view photos for details. The unit has scuffs/scratches and staining, as shown in photos. Power cord NOT included.
