Vintage Hand Painted Russian Girl Carved Wood Ornament Figurine

For your consideration is this vintage hand painted hand carved wood ornament of a lady holding a string with hand carved wooden rings.  Almost certain it is from Russia as it came with some Russian dolls I got but it is not actually stamped.  Very unique piece with the extra wooden circles and the detailed painting.  Stands about 5" tall, had a spot for an ornament hook on top.  Great condition.
